Age Friendly Community Plan

The Age-Friendly Dalwallinu Shire project is about engaging the community in identifying and prioritising current and future needs to support local people as they get older. 

Our population is ageing: there is an increasing number and percentage of older people in our communities.

Ageing well requires planning to enable older people to age with dignity, maintain their independence, play active and valued roles, and have their rights respected and upheld.
