Dalwallinu Township

The town of Dalwallinu is the administrative centre for the Shire and lies 254 kilometres north east of Perth on the Great Northern Highway.

Other townships in the Shire are Pithara located 12kms south of Dalwallinu, Kalannie located 53kms north east of Dalwallinu, Wubin located 21kms north of Dalwallinu and Buntine located 38 kms north of Dalwallinu.

Electric Vehicle Charging Station

The Shire of Dalwallinu installed an electric vehicle charging station (dual pump) at the rear of the Dalwallinu Discovery Centre.  Access to the EV Station is from Johnston Street into Myers Street.  You can charge your vehicle whilst enjoying a stroll up the main street and having a coffee break or lunch.  Public toilets are located within 5 metres of the charging station at the rear of the Discovery Centre complex.  Charging is via the Chargefox app.

From strong retail and tourism sectors to mining and agricultural support industries, Dalwallinu offers all of the essential services for those in and outside of our community. A majority of products manufactured within the Shire are delivered nationwide such as tanks, concrete pillars, clothing, and many other products.
