Under Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Dalwallinu hereby advises of its intent to dispose of, by way of sale, Lot 42 & 43 Arthur Street, Wubin to Brenda Cail for the amount of $143,000.00 (inc GST).
